The IDC Imaging Lease Solution

IDC builds and operates facilities that house a combination of diagnostic healthcare services. These facilities are then leased to physicians and groups that wish to integrate those services into their practices.

The IDC lease includes the space, equipment, and clinical personnel for each modality, as well as access to common areas, establishing the IDC facility as a satellite office - a true "extension of the practice."

Leasing physician practices bill all procedures performed for their patients at IDC - as in-office procedures on an "incident to" basis, under their own Provider numbers - and retain 100% of the collections as revenue.

Participating practices have no upfront capital requirements, only a monthly lease commitment based on the projected time required to serve their patients. IDC provides facility development and ongoing management on behalf of leasing practices, retaining responsibility for operating expenses.
