Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Allen possesses a unique combination of healthcare expertise at the executive level, encompassing the areas of operations, accounting, managed care, pricing and contracting, capitation modeling, disease management, information systems, acquisitions and new business development. In start-up situations, Mr. Allen has successfully managed strategic planning, organization, accounting, legal, development, venture capital and other funding activities.
While with IDC/CORDA, Mr. Allen has also held the positions of Vice President of Practice Acquisitions and Chief Operating Officer before his move to Chief Executive Officer in 1999. Before joining CORDA in 1996, Mr. Allen served as Vice President, Managed Care Product Development with Coram Healthcare, the largest national provider of home infusion therapy services. Also at Coram, he served in the areas of Pricing & Contracting, National Accounts Sales and Reimbursement Management.
A former Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Allen is credited with developing and implementing the first standardized cost and capitation management program in the home health care industry. He holds a dual Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Senior Vice President, Operations
Ms. Bortoletto has over 25 years experience as a healthcare executive, primarily in network and regional market development.
Prior to joining IDC/CORDA, she served as the Regional Vice President, Central Area for American Oncology Resources (AOR) in Houston, Texas. There, her responsibilities included transitions and integration, site management and P&L responsibility for $100 million in revenue. Prior to AOR, she served as Vice President of Network Development for Olsten Kimberly Quality Care, where she was responsible for product development and capitation contracting. Also at Olsten, Ms. Bortoletto served as Vice President of Operations, where she managed 38 locations in the Texas and Oklahoma regions.
Ms. Bortoletto is a Registered Nurse and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from the University of Phoenix.
